Now then. :)
I finished Bel Canto by Ann Patchett, which I read for 30 by 30 and the Rescue Project.
HOLY CRAP, so good. It's about a group of people, pretty much all strangers, who attend a ginormous birthday party for Mr. Hosokawa. The main attraction is a world-renowned diva who will sing some opera arias. Right after she's done singing, terrorists burst in and take everyone hostage. The book takes place over a series of weeks and is primarily about the relationships the hostages create with each other and with the terrorists.
And it's so amazing and good. :)
