Finished Dear American Airlines for the Dewey's Books Reading Challenge. You can read Dewey's review here.
This is about Benjamin Ford, a man who's traveling to California for his daughter's wedding. Unfortunately, he's trapped in O'Hare, which means that he'll probably be there for hours.*
The book is a rambling letter to American Airlines. He alternates between demanding his money back and telling his life's story (which, like most of us, is a little boring, pretty sad and occasionally very, very funny).
* = Remember when I went to Chicago a while back (something like a year and a half, two years ago)? I was trapped in O'Hare too. My flight took off something like eight hours late. I entertained myself by drinking margaritas the size of my head and texting Lindsey.

I'm fairly certain that anyone who has flown through O'Hare has been trapped there longer than they planned. :)
The first time I went to Chicago, I went through O'Hare and there were no problems. Second time...yeah. Stuck there for HOURS. Fortunately, I had a cell phone for texting and a credit card for margaritas and peanut butter pie. :)
Actually I had 10 hrs at O'hare that I knew of once.
Game boy.
Movies on the laptop
4 books.
Several drinks.
Yup. When I saw family I talked non stop for a long time...almost 19 hrs without meaningful verbal exchange=hell for me.
I want to experiment some time to see how long I can go without talking. If I could get my mom to accept email as meaningful conversational substitute (she likes to make sure I'm not dead via phone call every day), I could go for days.
